Luke Wagner
Associate
Luke comes from a business and legal background bolstered by tech skills. He has represented a wide variety of people and businesses in complex multimillion-dollar lawsuits involving construction defects, personal injury, and wrongful death.
Before becoming an attorney, he earned several AI certifications and worked as an eDiscovery consultant for the in-house legal department of a publicly traded Fortune 500 company, where he also served on executive teams of eDiscovery projects with over 100 contractors.
In addition to his JD, Luke earned a concentration in Business/Corporate Law and an LLM in Taxation, which he deliberately chose because of their wide applicability to many fields. His student research on the taxation of international businesses was published in Tax Notes, the most prestigious tax law journal, after winning their national legal writing contest.
Outside the office, Luke is an Eagle Scout who grew up in Orange County. He enjoys activities like hiking, archery, axe throwing, running on the beach, and travelling on adventures all over the world. He also stays very active in his church and loves spending time with friends and family.
